Item Inspection: Please check and try on your item while the courier waits.

Unwanted Items: If you decide not to keep the item, you can return it to the courier and pay only the shipping fees.

Damaged Items: For damaged or torn items, you can return them, and we'll cover the shipping fees.

Cairo Residents: Try the item while the courier waits to ensure fit and quality. If paying without trying and later requesting a return, returns via our courier are not allowed.
